Kashmirs Biggest Online Writing Competition Held

Online journal, The Phantom Thoughts organized the award ceremony of “Writers Quest” the biggest online writing competition ever in valley . The event took place at GoodFellas in presence of the participants who secure the top twenty five positions in the competition. Professor Lily Want, ex HOD English department Kashmir University and Dr Javaid Ahmad Lone presided over the function and distributed the certificates, awards and the cash prizes among the participants.
This was the first ever event organised by The Phantom Thoughts. On the occasion Professor Lily Want appreciated the organizing team and emphasized on inculcating the culture of literature and poetry among the young generation. “Without literature and poetry, there would have been no history, rather no humanity at all”, she added.
