I Could Not Mourn

He stepped towards me
And they dragged him back
Ravaged my life,
How could I not mourn?
With his death,
Of course came my death too,
A rabble that razed my realm
How could I not mourn?
With a saturnine look,
I sit here questioning the sky,
When each of my plea is scorned
How could I not mourn?
Seeing that one stanch being,
Becoming disloyal to me for death,
How could I not mourn?
