The clock is ticking, the wheel’s turning
Fate is playing its cruel game again
The shock has settled, my eyes are burning

You run farther, I can’t watch you leave
But there won’t be another farewell again

The clock is ticking, the wheel’s turning
Fate will repeat its game again
The truth has settled, I will be waiting
Till death comes knocking at my door again.
